Whale Watch 9/25/16
For our anniversary, my wife and I went on a whale watch with Granite State Whale Watch our of Rye Harbor in NH. Shortly after leaving the harbor, we saw an Ocean Sunfish. Once out closer to Jeffrey's Ledge, we came across two Humpback Whales (Owl and Jabiru) and a pod of Atlantic White Sided Dolphins. The dolphins were following the whales around as they fed.
We stayed with this pair or whales for quite a while as they casually fed. On the way back to the harbor we checked out two other Humpback Whales that were barely coming up out of the water or showing off their tales. The crew wasn't able to identify this pair while we were out on the water. On the way back in, the boat based close to the Isles of Shoals to give the passengers a view
