  • The Halfway House Trail was packed pretty well, but snowshoes were still a good idea
  • The trail passing a fallen tree
  • There has been a fair amount of deer activity low on the mountain
  • The trail also passes by a tree that has four openings in the base allowing you to look right through
  • View from the Halfway House Site
  • First view up to the summit from the Halfway House Site
  • The summit
  • The White Arrow Trail is very packed as most hikers use the Toll Road and White Arrow Trail to get to the summit from this side of the mountain
  • The less used Sidefoot Trail leading to a few other side trails is the way I am going
  • Most of the tracks here continued up the Sidefoot Trail
  • Only one person had come down the Hedgehog Trail that I was going to use
  • A spot where the trail leveled out briefly about half way up
  • Looking up to Bald Rock nearing the end of the trail
  • This steep rocky section of the trail was the hardest part with snowshoes on
  • Another fine view of the summit from Bald Rock
  • The summit
  • Looking East over the ridge with the White Dot and White Cross Trails
  • Looking Southwest over Bald Rock and past Gap Mtn on the left
  • Monte Rosa to the West
  • Looking East over Bald Rock and the Kiasticuticus Peak rock
