For my second hike up the mountain this year, I took the Pumpelly trail up and back from Dublin Lake. Trail conditions were pretty chewed up from other hikers not wearing snowshoes, but it was a great day out with some clouds and intermittent wind. Visibility was at least the 62 miles required to see Boston. Temperature on the summit was 27 degrees with a 10 mph average wind gusting to 20 mph.

After only a few hundred feet, I decided the trail was too soft and putting on the snowshoes made the most sense
