North Kinsman & South Kinsman (12-13 of 67)

Peak numbers 12 and 13 of 67 peaks for this year would is North Kinsman at 4,293 feet and South Kinsman at 4,358 feet. They were hiked on 6/22/14 where the conditions on the summits were mostly sunny and in the 50s. The hike was 9.38 miles with 3,175 ft of vertical gain.   • At the trail head on the side or I-93
  • Going up the Lonesome Lake Trail, things are pretty steady and can be a bit rocky
  • Higher up on the trail, things level off before the lake

  • After skipping over North Kinsman (we'll be back), we got this nice view of South Kinsman while heading down into the saddle between the two
