  • The old style fuse box for the first building we explored. Not much room for expansion
  • The first floor/basement of the first building. It would have been just big enough for probably a car, had the doors been wide enough to get one in. The small "room" on the right was filled with debris and it didn't seem safe to walk in to check it out
  • The outside of the building and the small roof over the small room off the side of the basement. Based on the chimney, maybe this is where the wood stove was to heat the place
  • The inside of the second story had trash and furniture scattered all over
  • The upstairs of the building was quite small as well. This picture is from standing in the entry way door
  • Parts of an old radio under some leaves outside
  • Other than this rotted bit of rafters, the slate roof was actually in very good condition
  • A small square glass piece mixed in with the rubble
  • The front of the building shows how it appears this place was pieced together with what ever was cheap or could be found. Some logs, some lumber, some masonry
  • Another look in the basement with the ceiling collapsing
  • Further up into the woods from the first building, we found another building. This one appeared to be a later structure built by the same person. It had nicer amenities, including this fancier bed
  • Some nicer chairs where also in the second building
  • The outside wall where it appears the chimney exited
  • These swinging doors would have been good to lead out onto a porch. But there was not a porch, just an approximately 3 foot drop. More signs of using what they could find to build possibly
  • Square notches in some lumber could be seen. After looking closely, you could tell they drilled a large hole and then used a wood chisel to finish making the shape
  • The second building had lots of windows and was in better shape. Although what looked like a bedroom added onto the front of the building has completely fallen down
  • The third building and second location for today had an old house and a barn
  • Based on some missing materials and a lack of debris, it appears that work might have been started on the house for remodeling it
  • A window and parts of what look like a porch on the ground
  • This nice archway was impressive and went with the theme of multiple other arches
