After some ice fishing in the morning, we went snowmobiling this afternoon.  This is the view from the border swath (US on the left Canada on the right).  At the base of the hill and in the bend of the swath, you can see the small dark speck which is my uncle and grandfather on their snowmobiles.  This hill gains aroudn 500 feet in elevation in a very short distance making it a fun hill to climb on a sled

Today I hiked Mt. Moriah (4,049 ft) making it my 9th in my quest to hike all 48 4,000+ ft mountains in NH.  This was the view that I enjoyed from the summit

With the last couple days warm temps and rain, the brooks, swamps, and ponds are getting hirer.  Here a local business has close to a foot of water flowing over their driveway
